Dr. Danan has over twenty years of clinical experience as an owner of multi-specialty group practices, as well as the owner of a medical spa & franchised organization, Fountain of Youth MD. Dr. Danan also has experience in consulting medical practices, with a focus on clinical management and improving overall profitability through the addition of numerous revenue- increasing modalities. As a principal in LabPharm, Dr. Danan brings his clinical experience and background to help our physician partners not only improve their current operational structure, but also to help increase their revenue through the additional LabPharm ancillary services. This type of clinical support offered to our medical providers is truly one-of-a-kind. Dr. Danan is also the owner of Allergy Labs of America, 855-MY-CRASH (Personal Injury Marketing Platform), and Health Fairs USA. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two sons and one daughter
Jeff began his legal career with Deloitte & Touche, LLP, where he handled controversy matters with the IRS, and defended Research & Development tax credits for FORTUNE 500 companies. Thereafter, Jeff assumed the role of senior executive overseeing Tower Financial Services, Inc., a private equity fund specializing in commercial lending originally founded in 1978, and later acquired the company. Jeff also co-founded a law firm, with specializations in Healthcare, Real Estate and Corporate matters, until recently when he sold his interest. As a Principal in LabPharm, Jeff is tasked with overall operations and finances, as well as all legal compliance, contracting and privacy policies for the company. In addition to his law degree, Jeff has an MBA in Finance. Jeff is a native of Atlanta and is married with three beautiful boys.
Dave is a proud member of the Marine Corps where he served for four years. After graduating from college, Dave created the Marketing Matrix Group specializing in social media and internet marketing for corporations in the Healthcare arena. In 2012, Dave sold his interests and co-founded Health Fairs USA, specializing in on-site Corporate Wellness events for FORTUNE 100 companies nationwide. In 2013, Dave became a partner in Allergy Labs of America. As a result of the rapid expansion and need generated by his ventures, Dave co-founded LabPharm, a healthcare distribution company. With Dave’s extensive background in medical marketing and sales, it was a natural transition for him to head up the Sales and Marketing for LabPharm. While originally from Connecticut, Dave currently lives in Atlanta since 2000, and is married with one beautiful daughter.
Philip A. Villacci

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Phil is a healthcare executive with 40 years’ experience. After 3 years of military duty with the 82nd Airborne Division, Phil began his healthcare journey at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in holding roles in Finance and Operational Planning. Phil went on to create a for-profit Medical Billing Company at NY Medical College and later moved into practice management by consolidating physician practices in NYC. Phil, as COO with a major Occupational Medicine center in NYC, was instrumental in rebuilding his firm after a total loss of their headquarters at the World Trade Centers after 9/11/01. He also provided needed services at the site. He moved to Atlanta and was the CEO for the largest privately held Orthopedic group in the world. He later took leave from his position to do an international adoption. Phil then went on with 15 years leading major healthcare consulting engagements and corporate turnarounds and brings solid strategic and operational leadership to the organization. Phil is a volunteer firefighter and a 4th Degree Member of the Knights of Columbus, is married with one daughter.
Dr. Brandon Hendrickson, has joined the LabPharm team as Director of Pharmacy. Brandon comes to us with an extensive background in pharmacy and pharmacy management. He served as General Manager and Pharmacist in Charge of Roadrunner Pharmacy from 2003-2011 where he built it into one of the top 3 veterinary compounding pharmacies in the country, averaging 1,200 scripts/day. He later joined Humana and was tasked with establishing a new mail order facility in Dallas where he served as Pharmacist in Charge and Pharmacy Manager over 3 departments. Most recently, Brandon served as Director of Pharmacy and Business Development for 3 privately owned compounding pharmacies in which he achieved PCAB certification, and he was Director of Pharmacy and the Pharmacy Liaison for Medoc Health Services (a master MSO) where he oversaw pharmacy operations for 8,000 scripts/month.
